Each of us at Evergreen feels very strongly that we have a moral and ethical obligation to participate in the search for a cure. Research is absolutely critical in that search – a conviction that led Dr. Stephen P. Anthony to write his first phase one (first human exposure to new medicine) clinical trial at Dartmouth back in 1995.
Our affiliations with Translational Genomics Research Institute, US Oncology, and the Pancreatic Cancer Research Team do more than just add to our credentials; they give our patients access to an even broader base of knowledge and research expertise that they won’t find anywhere else in the region.
Through both diagnostic and imaging research, improved tools, and a better, more individualized approach to treating patients, we believe that a cure is possible. That’s where hope comes from.
